Randy Girdley

“I do not back down from an opportunity” is what Randy promotes daily in his work. He constantly aims to improve and challenge his team. Randy’s initiative and drive are traits that contribute to his success in his position and are appreciated within the team.

Randy grew up in Wills Point and has one younger brother. He enjoys baseball, football, and hunting. Although Randy’s family consists of firefighters and cops, he has always had a passion for welding and attended Missouri Welding Institute. After completion, he pursued a career on the road as a welder before Landvisions.

Randy is a husband to Dani and a dad to Dawsyn, Rio, and Memphis. Randy is passionate about his faith and believes that is a key factor to his success.
